The Tecta America management team is made up of some of the most talented and experienced names in the roofing industry. We lend strategic and financial expertise to your roofing project by providing senior level management strength at the local level with the added benefit of a team of experts from our national divisions.
Mark F. Santacrose is CEO of Tecta America Corp. In his role, Santacrose oversees the strategic direction of Tecta America Corp. and its member companies. He is responsible for providing the overall direction of new acquisitions, the company’s leadership and organizational development programs, financial management, as well as developing appropriate operating practices to ensure consistent delivery of roofing services across the nation.
Prior to joining Tecta America Corp. in 2001, Santacrose was the chief executive officer and president of Entrade, an e-commerce business incubator that identified and created new e-commerce joint venture businesses, using Entrade proprietary software. He also spent nine years at Bagcraft Corporation, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, serving as president and practiced law for seven years with a concentration on mergers, acquisitions and finance.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI; a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, Chicago; and a law degree from Loyola University, Chicago. He is an active community leader and holds board positions with a number of business organizations.
Dave Reginelli’s role as senior vice president & CFO is to lead all aspects of finance and accounting procedures. Previously, Reginelli held increasingly responsible financial roles at a variety of industrial manufacturing companies including CFO at Suzo-Happ Group and Eagle-Picher Industries’ Hillsdale and Wolverine Automotive Divisions. He was also Group Controller of Noma Wire’s Appliance and Electronic Division, Director of Finance for Honeywell’s Friction and Materials Business Unit and Finance Manager at Navistar International. He began his career at general construction company F.G. West & Co, Inc., located in upstate New York.
Reginelli received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois and holds an undergraduate degree from Utica College of Syracuse University.
